As our new Finance Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the company's finance function and financial development. You will work closely with and report directly to our CEO.

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Responsibility for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and follow-up on financial key figures
  • Developing the company's financial reports and analysis to ensure transparency in decision-making processes
  • Managing and developing budgets, cash management and forecasting
  • Financial controlling and optimization of the company's financial procedures
  • Ensuring efficient bookkeeping and continuous development of company processes, partners, systems, and structures, including our ERP & BI setup
  • Administrative management of foreign subsidiaries
  • Reporting to public authorities, including VAT in collaboration with your colleague
  • Primary contact with external partners such as pension companies, insurance, banks, and auditors
  • Contract Management
  • Responsible for payroll. Handling various HR tasks in collaboration with the CEO
  • Overview of the overall IT platform and sparring with external IT partners
  • Coordination of IT development in collaboration with the IT group.
  • You will have managerial responsibility for our bookkeeper/controller, and your role will give you significant influence on both your own work and the team dynamics 

We use Business Central and the Continia solutions Document Capture, Payment Management and Expense Management. It is a requirement that you are an experienced user of BC and Excel, and an advantage if you have experience with Continia products and Power BI.

Your personal qualities and experience preferably include some of these elements, among many others:

  • Positive, proactive and has a solid drive
  • Have a hands-on approach and the ability to contribute with efficiency initiatives and improvements
  • Work diligently, meet deadlines and keep an overview
  • Experience from consumer goods/lifestyle products and a relevant educational background, such as an MSc, HD(R) or similar
  • Experience with inventory management, valuation, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly across the organization
  • Flexible team player who likes to help others during busy periods
  • Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
